the staff were attentive and lovely. the rooms proved spacious and the bed felt comfortable. the breakfast included many fantastic options.

The towels did not look crisp white. They seemed like they had undergone extensive use and washing.

I found the room service quick and efficient. The hotel provided easy beach access. I appreciated the convenience of a Circle K store being right next door. It was quite useful. The breakfast offered many gluten-free options, a plus for me.

I noticed the gym could use more equipment. Its selection seemed a bit limited.

I loved how varied the breakfast selections were. Such a great start to my day. the in-house activities were a total bonus and kept things exciting. the complimentary photoshoot was a nice perk, i now have a super unique memento of my stay!

The pillows were very soft. They seemed quite old and worn. they could definitely benefit from replacement.

i found everything clean and well kept. the breakfast buffet had many choices. i liked the multiple swimming pools with both sunny and shaded areas. the staff were also amazing.

i encountered an electrical power outage on two nights. i learned hair dryer use was restricted to one power point. there were no warning signs about this limitation.
